Position Overview - Solution Director: Data & AI:
In your role as Solution Director, you will be instrumental in expanding our client accounts by transforming intricate transformation opportunities into actionable solutions. Collaborating closely with Client Partners and Client Services Directors, you will serve as a trusted advisor to senior client stakeholders (CIO, CDO, CTO, CPO) and lead the collective development of solution architectures, delivery models, and roadmaps that tackle their most pressing business challenges.
You will navigate the intersection of strategy, technology, and commercial delivery, converting client ambitions into clear, scalable solutions that our teams can construct and manage. By working with clients to design the architecture, team structure, and delivery approach early in the opportunity lifecycle, you will facilitate the transition from initial exploration to confident proposal and commitment.
A vital aspect of this role is fostering account growth: identifying opportunities where our capabilities can unlock value for clients, shaping initiatives in alignment with our propositions, and ensuring transparency at the proposal stage by validating the technical and delivery approach alongside the client.
In this position, you will blend deep technical acumen, commercial insight, and strong client influence to create solutions that yield measurable business outcomes while nurturing long-term strategic partnerships.
