About the Position:

The Solution Engineer - SLED will collaborate closely with our sales executives, acting as the primary technical lead throughout the sales lifecycle. In this consultative role, you will aid in successfully closing new deals by delivering technical presentations of AvePoint solutions and providing pre-sales support to both prospective and existing customers.

Your primary responsibility will be to serve as an authoritative technical resource during the sales process. You will educate customers on the features and benefits of our software and services, demonstrating how our solutions effectively address their SharePoint and Office 365 challenges.

This role is ideal for individuals eager to leverage their technical expertise and customer-facing skills in a fast-paced tech environment. We offer ongoing training and mentorship to help you excel as a pre-sales professional, working with cutting-edge software solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Present and demonstrate AvePoint’s solutions to both business and technical users.
  • Facilitate solution discovery, overview, and technical deep-dive sessions with customers.
  • Develop tailored environments for proof of concept during the sales lifecycle to showcase product capabilities aligned with customer goals.
  • Contribute to writing proposals in response to RFIs/RFPs, illustrating how the AvePoint product line addresses business challenges.
  • Engage regularly with cross-functional teams to ensure customer satisfaction and alignment.
