Your Role
The Solutions Architect, as part of the Customer Success organization and the Box Consulting team, collaborates across Box and with customers to define and develop complex solutions. This high-impact, high-visibility role is crucial for ensuring customer satisfaction while promoting Box's technical and platform solutions. You will be instrumental in cultivating and maintaining customer and partner relationships while driving the adoption of Box's offerings.
