THE OPPORTUNITY

As a Solutions Architect, you will play a pivotal role in addressing customer needs through innovative technical solutions. You will engage with prospects to assess their requirements, design initial technical frameworks, and create Statements of Work (SOWs). After the sales process, you will collaborate with customers to refine their requirements and translate them into actionable technical solutions, working closely with our development team for successful implementation and testing. This cross-functional position involves collaboration with Sales, Support, R&D, and the Professional Services team, ensuring our solutions meet and exceed customer expectations while fostering the evolution of our APIs.

THE TEAM

You will be part of the Customer Experience Solutions (CXS) department, which includes Customer Success, Service & Support, Implementation, and Professional Services. Our mission is to advocate for our customers by understanding their business challenges and delivering exceptional value through our products. The Professional Services team is crucial in ensuring customer success through custom solutions, technical guidance, and analytics consulting.

In CXS, we are committed to fostering a cooperative environment to guarantee our customers receive outstanding service and results using Lever. Your contributions will be essential in building trust and confidence with our clients while enabling our cross-functional teams to achieve their goals.
