About the Role
As a Solutions Architect, you will work collaboratively with our internal teams to design and deploy enterprise-level solutions tailored to TransPerfect’s international clientele using the GlobalLink suite. You will serve as the primary liaison for clients, partnering closely with Solutions Engineers and Developers throughout the implementation process.
Contract Duration
This position is initially a 1-year contract with the potential for a permanent role thereafter.
Key Responsibilities
Collaborate with the Solutions Engineering team to gather and analyze client configuration requirements.
Develop detailed project plans that outline implementation specifics, timelines, and risk assessments.
Ensure adherence to implementation deadlines and milestones.
Coordinate with clients' internal teams to manage the successful deployment of GlobalLink products.
Execute and validate configuration tasks within GlobalLink tools based on client specifications.
Act as the primary technical contact and escalation point for client inquiries.
Support the client support team with configuration-related issues.
Engage with the Product Management team throughout the GlobalLink product life cycle, reporting technical issues and suggesting enhancements based on client feedback.
Represent the Solutions Architect team in client interactions and engagements.
