About the Team:
Our Solutions Architect team at SecurityScorecard acts as trusted security advisors and business partners, both internally and to prospective clients, equipped with extensive market knowledge and expertise in our solutions. We thrive on intellectual curiosity, derive satisfaction from delivering impactful solutions, and are deeply passionate about cybersecurity.
As a Solutions Architect, you will collaborate with the Field Sales and Channel Team in the India region throughout the sales lifecycle, crafting tailored solutions to meet specific customer security requirements. A critical aspect of this role involves effectively communicating the value proposition of SecurityScorecard's platform and suite of solutions, while adeptly positioning our offerings against competitors. You will also engage in cross-functional collaboration, sharing customer insights with product teams to influence the development roadmap.
This role will involve providing essential technical enablement to SecurityScorecard's Channel partners, ensuring they remain informed about new product enhancements and developments.
Success in this position requires a strong dedication to understanding customer needs and delivering superior service.
