About the Role
The Solutions Consultant Architect serves as a key individual contributor within our Professional Services team, responsible for designing, owning, and delivering customer solutions that integrate business objectives with Togetherwork's product offerings.
This role acts as a trusted advisor throughout the customer journey—leading solution design, guiding implementation, and ensuring a smooth transition to Customer Success. You will collaborate with Project Managers, Product teams, Sales, and Customer Success to deliver robust, high-quality solutions that encourage long-term adoption and value.
What You’ll Do
Solution Design & Customer Advisory
- Facilitate discovery sessions and workshops to gain insights into customer business processes, objectives, and system requirements.
- Craft comprehensive, end-to-end solutions that align customer needs with Togetherwork product capabilities.
- Convert complex business requirements into scalable and actionable solutions.
- Serve as a trusted advisor, providing guidance on best practices, trade-offs, and solution decisions.
Solution Ownership & Delivery
- Maintain solution integrity throughout the onboarding and implementation phases.
- Collaborate with Project Managers, onboarding teams, and configuration specialists to ensure successful execution.
- Identify and manage risks, dependencies, and complexities throughout project delivery.
- Facilitate a smooth transition of solutions to Customer Success for ongoing support.
