Qualifications
Proven experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in a consulting or technical environment. Strong analytical skills with the ability to understand complex systems and translate customer requirements into actionable solutions. Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey technical concepts to non-technical audiences. Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment. Technical proficiency in software development or IT operations is a plus.
