Front is looking for a Solutions Engineer to join the Solutions & Services team in Chicago, IL. This role centers on building technical expertise in Front’s customer operations platform and supporting clients as they connect Front with third-party applications and systems.

Role overview

The Solutions Engineer will develop a deep understanding of Front’s product suite. Responsibilities include conceptualizing, designing, and implementing product solutions that expand the platform’s capabilities. This work enables clients to integrate Front into their broader technology stack and optimize their customer engagement workflows.
