Join our dynamic team at Second Front Systems (2F) as a Solutions Engineer (SE), where we are dedicated to enhancing national security through innovative technology solutions. As a rapidly expanding entrepreneurial company, we invite you to play a critical role in scaling our Game Warden platform, an industry-leading tool that facilitates the secure adoption of essential SaaS solutions for the U. S. government.
The Solutions Engineer will be an integral part of our Commercial Sales team, engaging with potential clients as a technical expert. You will collaborate with various departments, including sales, marketing, product development, mission success, and government relations. Your role will involve leading technical discussions with CEOs, CTOs, Engineering Directors, and software engineers, instilling confidence in our offerings throughout the sales journey.
Note: This position requires U. S. citizenship due to government contract obligations. Candidates must reside in one of our designated hiring hubs:

What You’ll Do
As a Solutions Engineer, you will serve as a trusted advisor to customers while empowering our growth initiatives. Your key responsibilities will include:
- Collaborating with account executives on pre-sales tasks, overseeing the technical aspects of the sales pipeline.
- Conducting introductory calls, delivering technical sales presentations, leading product demonstrations, and responding to RFPs/RFIs.
- Evaluating customer application compatibility with the Game Warden platform (2F’s Platform-as-a-Service).
- Building profound technical expertise in 2F products and acting as a subject matter expert both internally and externally.
- Collecting customer feedback and working with product teams to align development roadmaps with market demands.
- Creating technical marketing content (such as blogs and social media posts) to bolster business development efforts.
- Engaging with customers on topics related to cloud computing, DevSecOps, cybersecurity, and compliance.
