Team Overview
The Field Engineering team at TwelveLabs plays a crucial role in the effective deployment of our video understanding APIs for developers and enterprises. Acting as trusted advisors, we help our customers maximize the value derived from our multimodal models and products.
Within this team, the Solutions group aims to accelerate the sales process for high-impact clients, collaborating closely with Sales to communicate technical value, design impactful proof-of-concepts, and illustrate how our platform addresses critical business challenges.
Role Overview
We are seeking a Solutions Engineer to facilitate the exploration and validation of the transformative potential of video AI among prospects. As a technical expert during the sales cycle, you will collaborate with Account Executives to assess opportunities, define use cases, create and implement proof-of-concepts, and showcase the business value of our multimodal foundation models.
You will provide technical guidance throughout the sales process, working in tandem with Sales, Product, Partnerships, and Engineering teams.
This role is designed for a self-motivated and innovative individual who thrives in a fast-paced, evolving landscape.
This position is fully remote.
