About the Role
Verkada is on the lookout for Solutions Engineers who will take charge of enhancing the customer journey from initial proof-of-concept to the ultimate decision. This role requires a technically adept individual to provide pre-sales engineering support to our sales team, act as a trusted advisor to our clients and partners, and play an essential role in crafting tailored technical solutions. We seek individuals who thrive in a fast-paced environment and can quickly adapt to new challenges! You will be part of a dynamic team of Solutions Engineers delivering impactful results using the latest technologies.
What You'll Do
- Serve as the trusted technical advisor for key customer stakeholders, including CTOs, CISOs, IT Executives, Security Engineers, Network Engineers, and Heads of Physical Security.
- Leverage your technical knowledge to understand and fulfill customer requirements effectively.
- Collaborate closely with the Sales team to assess and qualify customer opportunities, contributing to the development of robust technical solutions.
- Lead product demonstrations and deliver compelling presentations tailored to both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Act as the technical Subject Matter Expert at Verkada, working closely with departments such as Product, Support, Marketing, and Enablement.
