Role Overview:
As part of Notion's sales organization, which is heavily focused on Product-Led Growth, you will engage with customers who often first experience our offerings through self-service options before transitioning to comprehensive solutions. As we scale, more prospects are keen to explore how Notion can integrate with their current tech landscape, replace existing systems, or be rolled out in stages to achieve their business objectives. In your role as a Solutions Engineer, you will:
Collaborate closely with the sales team on customer interactions with both potential and current clients.
Address complex product and technical inquiries, RFPs, and security questionnaires accurately and promptly.
Provide expert technical guidance to customers throughout the sales cycle, emphasizing swift deployment and integration of Notion.
Demonstrate tailored solutions using Notion, leveraging your comprehensive knowledge of its capabilities to enhance customer workflows and integrated applications during the pre-sales phase.
Gather structured product feedback to inform the Product and Engineering teams, aiding in the continuous enhancement of Notion to meet customer needs.
Partner with marketing to refine our technical messaging, contributing to blog posts, webinars, and customer-facing marketing materials.
Educate the sales team about the product, upcoming releases, competitive landscape, and relevant customer environments and third-party applications.
Document technical insights and contribute to internal knowledge bases, serving as a resource for teams, customers, and partners.
