Proven experience in a pre-sales or solutions engineering role, preferably within SaaS. Strong technical acumen with the ability to communicate complex concepts effectively. Experience working with diverse tech stacks and integrations. Exceptional problem-solving skills and a customer-centric mindset. Familiarity with RFP processes and security compliance. Excellent teamwork and collaboration abilities.

About The Role:

As part of our dynamic Solutions Engineering team, you will play a crucial role in our Product-Led Growth strategy. Our sales organization sees a growing number of customers exploring how Notion can integrate into their existing tech ecosystems or replace outdated systems. In this pivotal role, you will:

  • Collaborate with sales team members during customer interactions to understand and meet their needs.
  • Address complex product inquiries, respond to RFPs, and complete security questionnaires efficiently and accurately.
  • Provide insightful technical guidance to prospective clients, ensuring a smooth deployment and integration of Notion.
  • Demonstrate tailored solutions leveraging your deep knowledge of Notion’s capabilities to enhance customer workflows during the pre-sales process.
  • Gather structured product feedback to assist our Product and Engineering teams in refining Notion’s offerings.
  • Partner with marketing to enhance our technical messaging through blog posts, webinars, and customer-facing materials.
  • Educate the sales organization about product updates, competitive landscapes, and relevant customer environments.
  • Create documentation on technical considerations to serve as a resource for teams, clients, and partners.
