About the job
avomind develops AI-powered solutions that address the shortage of qualified nursing professionals in Europe. Its main product is a speech-enabled documentation platform that lets nurses update electronic health records (EHR) using voice commands in their native language. The system translates speech into compliant German documentation and integrates with EHR systems such as Medifox, Vivendi, and Orbis. All data is hosted in Germany and meets GDPR requirements.
The company also provides a learning platform to help international nurses prepare for the Kenntnisprüfung and adapt to German healthcare workflows. An AI assistant supports users with clinical, documentation, and language questions in real time.
