Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Engineering, or related field. A minimum of 3 years of experience in sourcing or supply chain roles, preferably in the aerospace or technology sectors. Strong analytical skills with the ability to conduct comprehensive supplier assessments. Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with proficiency in managing supplier relationships. Familiarity with design for manufacturability principles and experience in cost management strategies. Ability to travel to supplier sites as needed.
