Eusebi’s is a contemporary Italian restaurant serving breakfast, lunch, and dinner, seven days a week. We pride ourselves on our fresh hand-made pasta and seasonal menu featuring small plates and authentic Italian dishes made with the finest ingredients.

We are on the lookout for a skilled and passionate Sous Chef to join our dynamic team. At Eusebi's, we believe in the importance of Training & Development. This year, our staff will have the chance to receive training in the UK with our partner restaurants and will also visit Italy to engage with local growers, vineyards, and collaborate with chefs from other Italian restaurants, enhancing their culinary knowledge and skills.

The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 2 years of experience as a Sous Chef or Senior Sous Chef in a reputable establishment.
