Key Responsibilities:Execute assembly, integration, and testing (AIT) activities for satellite and spacecraft development projects in compliance with engineering specifications, procedures, and safety standards. Conduct structural assembly and integration, including component installation, mechanical fastening, bonding, and precise alignment. Integrate avionics systems, ensuring proper installation of electronic components, sensors, and wiring harnesses for optimal functionality. Collaborate with engineers and fellow technicians to troubleshoot and resolve technical challenges during assembly and integration processes. Perform system-level functional tests, covering electrical continuity, power distribution, communication, and sensor verification. Utilize precision measurement tools to guarantee compliance with dimensional specifications and alignment tolerances. Participate in environmental testing such as thermal vacuum, vibration, and shock testing to validate spacecraft performance and durability. Assist in the development and upkeep of assembly and integration procedures, work instructions, and quality documentation.
