Genuine passion for supporting children with autism Demonstrated patience, empathy, and teamwork abilities Must be at least 18 years old High school diploma or GED required Capability to obtain CPR and First Aid certification, as well as a recent Tuberculosis test (within the last year) Ability to successfully pass a pre-employment background check Physical capability to maneuver in various positions (sitting, squatting, bending, etc.) Capacity to lift and carry up to 50 pounds
