Centria Autism is seeking a Spanish-Speaking Behavior Technician in Portsmouth, Virginia. This position works hands-on with children on the autism spectrum, following individualized treatment plans that focus on building social, communication, and behavioral skills.
What You Will Do
- Work directly with children, using treatment plans developed by Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs).
- Support children in reaching their goals by reinforcing positive behaviors and teaching important life skills.
- Communicate with children and families in Spanish to create a comfortable, supportive environment.
- Collaborate closely with BCBAs and other team members to adapt and implement care strategies.
