This position plays a key part in supporting individuals with autism by carrying out behavior intervention plans aimed at improving daily living and building essential skills. Key Responsibilities Work directly with clients, implementing behavior plans designed by Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs) Help clients achieve their goals and develop new abilities Collaborate with BCBAs and team members to monitor and document client progress Training and Support Comprehensive training is provided to help you grow as an RBT. Ongoing support and guidance from experienced BCBAs are included as part of the role.
