We are looking for enthusiastic candidates who meet the following requirements: Strong passion for supporting children with autism. Demonstrated patience, compassion, and teamwork abilities. Must be at least 18 years old. High school diploma or GED required. Ability to obtain CPR and First Aid certification, and a Tuberculosis test if not taken in the last year. Must pass a pre-employment background check. Ability to perform physical tasks including sitting, squatting, bending, and lifting up to 50 pounds. Fluency in Spanish is essential.

In this fulfilling position, you will provide one-on-one support to children, implementing personalized behavior intervention plans under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA).

Your responsibilities will include utilizing evidence-based strategies to foster communication, social skills, and daily living abilities, while also minimizing challenging behaviors. Please note that working with children can be physically demanding, requiring you to be active and engaged.
