Qualifications

Strong passion for supporting children with autism. Demonstrated patience, empathy, and teamwork skills. Must be at least 18 years old. High school diploma or GED required. Ability to obtain CPR and First Aid Certification, and pass a Tuberculosis test if required. Successful completion of a pre-employment background check. Physical ability to perform various movements (sitting, squatting, bending). Capability to lift and carry weights up to 50 pounds. Bilingual in Spanish is a must.

This fulfilling position allows you to work closely with children, implementing customized behavior intervention plans under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA). Utilizing evidence-based strategies, you will teach essential skills such as communication, social interactions, and daily living while minimizing challenging behaviors.
