Join our dynamic team at Centria Autism as a dedicated Behavior Technician! In this fulfilling role, you will play a crucial part in transforming the lives of children with autism through personalized intervention strategies.

As a Behavior Technician, you will engage directly with children, implementing tailored behavior intervention plans while collaborating closely with a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA). Your efforts will focus on teaching essential communication, social, and daily living skills, while also helping to minimize disruptive behaviors.

We are seeking compassionate individuals who are eager to help children with autism achieve their fullest potential. Ideal candidates will be patient, empathetic, and comfortable working as part of a collaborative team. Comprehensive training will be provided, enabling you to make a significant impact, even if you are new to the field. Please note that working with children can be physically demanding, requiring you to be active and mobile , standing, walking, bending, and lifting (up to 50 pounds) are part of the job.
