Your responsibilities will include working closely with children on a one-on-one basis, guided by a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA). You will utilize evidence-based strategies to foster communication, social skills, and daily living abilities while minimizing challenging behaviors.

We seek candidates who are not only enthusiastic about empowering children with autism but are also patient, compassionate, and thrive in collaborative environments. Comprehensive training will be provided to equip you with the necessary skills to support each child effectively, regardless of your prior experience. This role requires physical activity, including standing, walking, and lifting children or objects up to 50 pounds, so a strong spirit and body are essential.
