Our Passenger Flow Traffic Monitoring solution is utilized by leading airports and train stations worldwide, renowned for their operational excellence and outstanding passenger experiences. Additionally, our Car Traffic Remote Monitoring product is trusted by Tier 1 clients, including BMW.

Position Overview:

As a Field Application Engineer in our Customer Delivery team, you will be the primary technical liaison for the implementation of our “Spatial Intelligence Platform” solutions, catering to managers of public spaces and developers of smart technologies such as robotics and real-time mapping.

Key Responsibilities:

- Act as the main technical point of contact for the deployment of our solutions in public and smart infrastructures.
- Lead product installations and manage customer feedback to ensure a smooth experience.
- Analyze and troubleshoot technical issues, providing insights for product enhancement.
- Ensure customer satisfaction through the development and delivery of training materials, facilitating onboarding for new clients.
- Generate new sales opportunities by identifying key stakeholders and providing insights on customer needs to the sales team.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize customer experiences.
