About Us: Established in 2000, High Tech High is a network of sixteen charter schools in San Diego serving over 6,350 students from K-12. We are guided by principles of equity, personalization, authentic work, and collaborative design, making our educational approach unique and impactful.
Key Responsibilities:
● Provide one-on-one support to students with mild to moderate behavioral and academic challenges, ensuring they receive the individualized attention necessary for success.
● Collaborate with teachers to implement behavior intervention plans and monitor student progress.
● Facilitate tutorial activities, assisting both individuals and groups with diverse learning needs.
● Build meaningful relationships with students and contribute to a positive classroom environment.
