As a Specialist Solutions Architect (SSA), you'll be a domain expert tailored to specific Stripe solutions and customer engagement sectors. With comprehensive knowledge of our offerings and a keen understanding of client challenges, you will guide the pre-sales team through complex opportunities, bolster pipeline growth, and contribute invaluable insights to our product and engineering teams.
Your Role
In this position, you'll work hand-in-hand with sales and pre-sales teams to meet ambitious pipeline and revenue goals, while also advising product and engineering teams on market dynamics to shape the product roadmap. Forge strong relationships with senior business leaders and expand Stripe's offerings for both new and existing customers. As a recognized subject matter expert, you will enhance the organization by creating reusable assets and mentoring teams on high-value opportunities. You will also facilitate customer workshops and lead critical initiatives.
We seek a seasoned Payments and Money Movement industry expert with a successful history in designing and implementing financial architectures for both B2B and B2C enterprises, focusing on achieving key business outcomes. Engage clients as a thought leader in the Payments domain, guiding them through transformational changes in financial infrastructure to optimize authorization rates, streamline processes, and minimize risk and fraud.
Your expertise will help clients understand their existing architectures and guide them in redesigning their systems with Stripe's Optimized Checkout Suite and Link solutions to meet their business objectives. Your innovative solutions and reference architectures will enable strategic partnerships with Stripe, driving higher conversions, increased revenue, and successful transformations. As a Payments Specialist Solutions Architect, your contributions will significantly influence scalable engagements with some of the world's most dynamic and innovative enterprises.
