Qualifications
Licensure/Certification: We are looking for experienced pharmacy technicians registered in the state of employment. National certification as a CPhT is preferred but not mandatory. Experience: A minimum of 2-5 years of experience is required, while 5-8 years is preferred. Education: A High School Diploma or GED is required. Skills: Exceptional interpersonal communication skills, ability to work independently with sound judgment, strong verbal and written communication abilities, and high proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially Excel and Word). Must be able to quickly learn new software and extract pertinent information; strong organizational and administrative skills are essential.

As a Specialty Pharmacy Liaison, you will serve as the primary point of contact for specialty pharmacy patients, assessing their needs and providing comprehensive support with each refill. You will coordinate drug delivery, address any insurance or copay challenges, and monitor patient adherence. When issues arise, you will collaborate with clinical and pharmacy teams, including pharmacists, prescribers, and clinic staff, to ensure swift resolution of any concerns.
