We are in search of skilled professionals to support our client's Global Security Operations Centres (GSOC). The GSOC is vital for safeguarding personnel, operations, and assets worldwide through continuous monitoring, analysis, and effective response strategies. We are currently hiring for the following positions:GSOC Operator (Junior Analyst) / Shift Leads (Senior Analyst) - Security, Political Risk, Intelligence (24/7 shifts) & Program SpecialistGSOC Operator Responsibilities:Monitor, evaluate, and report on global threats and regional risks. Conduct thorough open-source and proprietary intelligence analyses. Perform system audits and assist in incident response planning. Support enterprise-level data analysis and security assessments. GSOC Operator Requirements:Proven experience in risk analysis, intelligence, or security monitoring. Proficient in using OSINT tools, databases, and incident management platforms. Strong communication skills with an emphasis on clear and concise report writing. Shift Leads Responsibilities:Oversee GSOC shift operations and monitor operator performance. Coordinate incident response actions and ensure adherence to standard operating procedures. Implement quality control measures for GSOC reporting and handovers. Provide training, coaching, and mentorship to team members. Shift Leads Requirements:Minimum of 1 year of supervisory experience in a GSOC environment. Exceptional leadership, communication, and decision-making skills. Technical knowledge of alarm systems, CCTV, risk monitoring, and OSINT. Ability to maintain composure and guide teams during high-pressure situations. Program Specialist:GSOC Program Specialist - 40-hour work week.
