Role Overview
The Sport Program & Event Manager will design and deliver events and programs that strengthen team bonds and contribute to company culture. This position is based in Larnaca, Larnaka, Cyprus.
Main Responsibilities
- Plan and execute both internal and external sports events, including tournaments, competitions, and team participation in marathons.
- Develop and improve corporate sports programs for employees.
- Encourage employee involvement in sports initiatives and support the internal sports community.
- Organize and run corporate events with the team.
- Coordinate with coaches, sports venues, and contractors.
- Handle logistics and provide support for events.
- Manage budgets for sports programs and events.
- Prepare reports and analyze the effectiveness of activities.
