This role focuses on a project for an industrial manufacturing client, with an estimated duration of one year and potential for extension.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage construction and small service projects effectively.
- Conduct thorough reviews of contracts, specifications, and bid drawings for project execution.
- Analyze project details to schedule deliverables and estimate costs accurately.
- Coordinate and supervise construction workers and subcontractors to ensure project success.
- Select appropriate tools, materials, and equipment while maintaining inventory oversight.
- Ensure adherence to contractual performance conditions.
- Monitor and report on daily work progress.
- Prepare comprehensive internal and external reports regarding job status.
- Collaborate effectively with diverse teams and stakeholders.
- Manage multiple priorities and project responsibilities with a high level of organization.
- Maintain meticulous records and document management.
- Identify project discrepancies and contribute to effective solutions.
- Analyze, manage, and mitigate project risks.
- Act as a liaison between contract sales representatives, department managers, subcontractors, customers, engineers, and field foremen.
