SENIOR MANAGER, CUSTOMER SUCCESS (STARLINK)
As the Senior Manager of Customer Experience, you will oversee the post-purchase journey for Starlink customers. Leading a team of talented process engineers, you will focus on key areas of the customer journey such as billing, shipping, account management, troubleshooting, and returns, all aimed at minimizing defects in customer experience. Your role will involve optimizing operations, strategic planning, aligning resources with priorities, and championing the customer experience across our organization. The ideal candidate will possess strong technical aptitude, a keen understanding of process engineering, and the ability to create order from complexity while effectively managing a diverse range of stakeholders.
