Proven track record in solar cell development, panel-level packaging, or PCB manufacturing. Proficiency in developing and optimizing CVD recipes and device fabrication processes. Strong analytical skills for device modeling and performance characterization. Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with experience in cross-functional team dynamics. Strong problem-solving abilities to address material and process challenges.

We are looking for a Senior Materials Engineer to join our Bastrop, TX team, where we are advancing material technologies to support the deployment of Starlink. The ideal candidate will have extensive knowledge of semiconductor device physics and fabrication processes, with a proven track record in solar cell development, panel-level packaging, or printed circuit board (PCB) manufacturing. This role demands a technical leader who can drive material and process innovations across all areas while collaborating with stakeholders to execute strategies aligned with Starlink's objectives and budget. You will be instrumental in pushing the boundaries of material and device performance to create high-efficiency, reliable systems for both space and terrestrial applications.
