Qualifications
A Master's degree in Engineering, Supply Chain Management, or a related field; or a Bachelor's degree with a minimum of 2 years of relevant experience. Proven experience in sourcing and procurement of mechanical components, especially in high-tech or aerospace industries. Strong negotiation skills and experience in managing supplier relationships effectively. Ability to interpret complex engineering drawings and technical specifications. Proficiency in supply chain management tools and methodologies. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to collaborate across cross-functional teams. Demonstrated ability to thrive in a dynamic, fast-changing environment and manage multiple priorities.
