The Advanced Analytics group within Global Markets and Policy builds the data infrastructure and self-service tools that support Airbnb’s international growth plans for 2026 and beyond. The team’s work moves decision-making from traditional, HQ-centered reporting toward faster, data-informed actions.
Role Overview: Staff, Advanced Analytics for Global Markets and Policy
This position partners closely with regional Global Markets teams, Finance, and Supply. The work involves extracting local insights, developing scalable analytics tools, and shaping key business metrics. The person in this role will help ensure Airbnb’s international expansion strategy is both effective and measurable.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead measurement initiatives that support international growth strategy
- Develop analytics tools and processes to extract actionable insights from diverse data sources
- Collaborate with teams across Regional Markets, Policy, Supply, Finance, Data Science, Operations, Engineering, and Marketing
- Align analytics work with both strategic objectives and day-to-day business execution
