ABOUT THE JOB
We seek individuals passionate about delivering value through data, driving the development of ontologies, and implementing code to operationalize these frameworks. Your focus on velocity and innovation will push the boundaries of analytics within our organization, envisioning data applications beyond mere dashboards. As a Staff Engineer, you'll serve as a player-coach, setting exemplary standards for your team while advocating for and mentoring them to reach new heights.

- Establish yourself as a trusted partner throughout end-to-end data flows, ensuring your impact extends beyond the data warehouse to tangible business outcomes.
- Guide, mentor, and support your direct reports by becoming an expert in their domain areas.
- Lead the development of Anduril’s ontology in specific domains such as Finance, Supply Chain, Manufacturing, Human Resources, and Sustainment.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and produce secure, timely, accurate, trusted, and extensible data models through your coding efforts.
- Proactively identify and tackle data-related challenges to enhance operational efficiency and effectiveness.
