Qualifications
What You Will Do:Engage collaboratively as a strategic partner with marketing managers, CRM managers, marketing engineers, designers, and other stakeholders to inform data-driven decisions. Develop machine learning models for various applications, including customer churn prediction, product sales forecasting, banner click analysis, and assessment of marketing campaign performance. Train and deploy machine learning models utilizing both in-house and cloud-based infrastructures. Conduct in-depth analyses of growth marketing metrics (customer and product) to support successful marketing initiatives. Offer clear and actionable insights for CRM promotions through analysis of user behavior data within the application. Execute hypothesis testing, A/B testing, and regression analysis on online advertising performance. Establish a robust data pipeline to ensure data availability and integrity. Interpret and present data findings to marketing leadership. Encourage a culture of analytics within our expanding data team.
