This work covers all Airbnb offerings, including Homes, Hotels, Experiences, and Services. The team collaborates closely with Search, Checkout, Listings, Users, and Payments to deliver a seamless guest experience.

As a Staff Engineer on this team, the role involves leading the development and improvement of major subsystems that shape how guests interact with Airbnb. Responsibilities include designing new product features, handling daily operations, spotting patterns, and building systems to streamline processes and raise quality. The position also requires technical and product analysis for stakeholders, as well as involvement in strategic planning.
