Drive the creation of systems that convert raw game data into analytical datasets for simulation and evaluation. Ensure technical performance remains “Best-in-Class” throughout the development process. Develop automated, high-quality tests (unit, integration, load, etc.) and work closely with QA teams to enhance gameplay experience, mitigate exploits, and ensure seamless functionality. Review Technical Design Documents and provide constructive feedback and guidance to fellow engineers. Engage in cross-functional collaboration with departments including economy, live operations, and QA. Participate in cultivating a robust engineering culture and team dynamic. Provide support and troubleshooting for live game operations. Contribute to technical planning and engage with stakeholders to clarify workflows and requirements. Implement tools that empower our live operations and game design teams to create engaging gameplay experiences. Explore AI-assisted tools (LLMs, copilots, automation frameworks) to enhance productivity, deepen analysis, and accelerate iteration cycles. Qualifications: 6+ years of experience in a professional game development team or a related field. Proven experience in team management, conducting 1:1s, performance reviews, and providing regular feedback to direct reports. Demonstrated ability to lead and execute complex, interdisciplinary technical developments.
