The Opportunity
As a Staff Full Stack Engineer at Pay-i, you will be a vital member of our team, collaborating closely with fellow Full Stack Engineers to craft our customer’s front-end experience. This role offers an exceptional opportunity to innovate and experiment alongside a seasoned team of GenAI leaders who value customer feedback.
What You'll Do
Are you passionate about developing groundbreaking products that address critical financial challenges in leveraging Generative AI? As our Staff Full Stack Engineer, your contributions will be instrumental in our mission. You will shape the user experience across our dashboards, websites, and products, while establishing a strong foundation for our future growth.
Core Responsibilities:
Collaborate with Pay-i's front-end and back-end engineers to swiftly deliver both prototype and production-quality products
Design high-quality, enjoyable user experiences by creating interfaces that are intuitive, performant, and reliable
Maintain high graphic standards and ensure brand consistency across all customer interactions
Apply responsive design principles to guarantee seamless display on various devices and screen sizes
Refactor existing code to enhance performance, structure, and readability
Utilize state management libraries and patterns (e.g., Redux, Context API) to efficiently manage application state
