Key Responsibilities: Establish the technical strategy and roadmap for developing in-house solutions for essential internal processes. Collaborate closely with product management, design, and other engineering teams to create end-to-end, AI-enhanced solutions. Mitigate technical risk by resolving the most complex technical challenges or development tasks confronting the team. Promote best practices within the team for engineering excellence, covering design quality, operational reviews, testing strategies, and incident management. Preferred Qualifications: 12+ years of software engineering experience, with a proven record of technical leadership and impactful contributions. 3+ years of experience in engineering leadership, acting as the technical owner for software systems managed by your team. Expertise in designing and implementing full-stack, cloud-native applications. A customer-focused mindset with a strong inclination toward product engineering. Exceptional communication skills and the ability to influence both technical and business stakeholders. Proven history of enhancing engineering quality standards, with a focus on execution and operational rigor. Strong capability to work collaboratively across product, engineering, and business teams to align technical strategy with overarching business objectives. A passion for the data intelligence domain.
