The Opportunity
We are in search of a curious, data-oriented, and visually adept Staff Designer to join our Acquisition team within the Growth Area. Your design expertise and strategic vision will impact millions daily, clearly articulating Superhuman's value and first impressions from the moment users encounter us on an SEO page or product page to their initial experience with our offerings. You will collaborate with a vibrant, diverse team of skilled growth experts, all enthusiastic about experimentation and innovative growth tactics. Your contributions will be pivotal in showcasing Superhuman, Coda, and our AI capabilities to professionals and students, illustrating why we stand as the premier AI writing partner!
In this role, you will:
Growth Strategy: Develop and implement strategies and design solutions for our websites, landing pages, search interfaces, and other top-of-funnel assets that attract and convert new customers. Collaborate with marketing teams to gain insights into target audiences, content positioning, user journeys, and branding.
Growth Design: Craft user-centric designs, wireframes, and prototypes optimized for both browser and mobile platforms. Conduct A/B testing, collaborate with research and data teams to synthesize insights, and integrate findings into design iterations.
Website Innovation: Conceptualize and design new customer acquisition strategies that significantly enhance user engagement and conversion rates.
