About the Role:

As a Staff Manufacturing Test Engineer, you will play a crucial role within the Manufacturing Engineering team. Your primary responsibility will be to conduct functional and end-of-line testing on fully assembled aircraft, ensuring they adhere to performance, integration, and system-level standards prior to delivery and flight testing. Your expertise will be essential in validating that each aircraft build meets operational expectations by verifying systems, software, electrical behavior, and overall readiness for functionality.

Your Responsibilities:

  • Develop and manage the comprehensive functional test strategy for aircraft systems throughout the manufacturing process, from initial builds to certified production.
  • Facilitate cross-functional collaboration among manufacturing, design engineering, flight testing, and certification teams to establish test requirements and ensure thorough coverage.
  • Design and implement automated testing solutions to enhance quality, consistency, and production efficiency.
