The Platform team acts as a conductor, harmonizing the efforts of engineers, designers, and data scientists to create outstanding product experiences. Payments Platform Managers are responsible for driving outcomes across foundation, growth, and empowerment by defining vision, strategy, roadmap, and execution.
Your Impact:
This strategic, senior role involves defining and establishing a new product area from the ground up. You will oversee the entire business host payout experience, both within the app and web interfaces as well as through our API and developer platform. Your responsibility will include developing innovative financial management products. Collaborating with a cross-functional team of engineers, designers, data scientists, and field operations, you will scale these capabilities. Engaging with external enterprise partners and business host stakeholders will be key to understanding their needs and ensuring our products deliver meaningful business impact.
A Day in the Life:
- Manage payout instrument flows, enabling business hosts to set up, oversee, and enhance payout methods across various accounts and currencies.
- Facilitate host team management flows, providing tools and permissions for business hosts to operate efficiently.
