What You’ll DoWork Location: This role is based out of our Seattle Office with a hybrid work schedule. Team members are expected to work onsite from Tuesday to Friday, with the option to work remotely on Mondays, unless an approved workplace accommodation is in place. Your Impact

As a Staff Full Stack Software Engineer, you will play a pivotal role in the development of Axon Records, a cloud-based records management system that revolutionizes how law enforcement agencies manage and access data. By enhancing report writing and approval workflows through structured data entry, real-time collaboration, and intelligent automation, our goal is to empower officers to spend more time serving their communities and less time on administrative tasks.

We are looking for a dedicated engineer with extensive experience in building large-scale software applications. You should possess a strong interest in backend technologies while also being knowledgeable about frontend and mobile technologies. Your passion for nurturing scalable cloud-based systems and the engineering teams that support them will be crucial. You will introduce innovative concepts to our engineering architecture and help guide the evolution of our Records Management system as we scale.
