Role Overview
We are on the lookout for a highly skilled Staff Product Designer with a deep appreciation for writing, communication, and design. This individual will play a pivotal role in a team dedicated to crafting a premier AI communications platform.
As the Staff Designer for the growth team, you will spearhead impactful initiatives that transform fundamental user experiences. Your responsibilities will include developing innovative user journeys, designing intelligent monetization pathways, and delivering user-centric experiences. This position necessitates robust systems thinking, a collaborative approach with user experience research and data analytics, and the capability to influence multiple teams. You will serve as a strategic partner to product managers and engineers, contribute to roadmap development, mentor fellow designers, and engage with various stakeholders.
