What is the opportunity?
We are actively seeking Staff Product Engineers to join our AI Group, focusing on the development of Intercom's AI-driven products. As a Product Engineer in machine learning (ML), you will collaborate closely with both our ML Scientists and product teams, ensuring a deep understanding of our products, customer needs, and the ML technology stack.
This group is responsible for defining innovative ML features, researching suitable algorithms and technologies, and swiftly delivering prototypes to our customers.
Our team prioritizes product excellence, working in partnership with Product and Design teams. Our dedicated engineers enable us to deploy quickly, often reaching beta stages within weeks after successful offline testing.
We are passionate about leveraging machine learning technology, having productized everything from traditional supervised models to groundbreaking unsupervised clustering algorithms and advanced transformer neural networks. We rigorously test and measure the real-world impact of each model we implement.
