Key ResponsibilitiesOwn the entire content experience. You will be accountable for ensuring that Databricks users can easily find and engage with content—both in external documentation and directly within the product—ensuring it is user-friendly, intuitive, and actionable. Lead strategic enhancements to content tools and workflows. You will define our processes for content creation, management, and delivery at scale, collaborating with engineering, technical writing, design, and AI teams to elevate speed, consistency, and quality. Create a collaborative content ecosystem. You will develop systems and tools that empower subject matter experts—from engineers to field teams—to contribute to content in sustainable and scalable ways. Leverage AI to innovate content experiences. You will collaborate with our AI platform teams to incorporate generative AI into content authoring, delivery, and user interaction, reimagining aspects such as documentation search and intelligent assistance. Establish meaningful metrics. You will monitor content engagement, time-to-task, support deflection, and user satisfaction, using these insights to prioritize ongoing enhancements and iterations. Facilitate cross-functional collaboration. You will work closely with engineering, UX, product teams, technical writing, developer relations, field teams, and customers to ensure the content experience meets the needs of our expanding user base.
