The Opportunity That Awaits You:
As a pivotal member of our quality assurance team, reporting to the Senior Director of Global Quality Compliance and Post-Market Surveillance (PMS), the Staff Quality Compliance Engineer will be instrumental in developing and executing strategic initiatives aimed at elevating compliance standards, process effectiveness, and operational efficiencies within the Quality Compliance and PMS functions. This role will serve as a key representative in Quality Compliance and PMS, collaborating with various internal departments and cross-functional stakeholders to enhance quality processes. You will be responsible for creating and implementing quality monitoring tools to track essential quality metrics, ensuring the health of the Quality System, and identifying opportunities for ongoing improvements that align with our evolving business objectives.
